Soft brownie at bottom, crispy butter biscuits in the middle, and creamy lemon curd on the top. It’s sweet, tangy and refreshing!
Who doesn't love lemon infused cake, biscuits or custard? And personally, I love desserts that have so many different textures. So I thought why not put them all together in one recipe. And here we go - Lemon Brownie Bar!
I also added some frozen berries in the middle to add some color contrast as well as extra textures.
1. Make sure eggs and butter are in room temperature.
2. Line a parchment paper in the mold so that you can easily take out the brownie bar later.
3. Make sure the biscuits are golden brown, otherwise you won't have the crispy texture.
